We will also sign for at the door any packages/parcels of a reasonable size and weight.

All mail is forwarded on a daily basis via 1st class Royal Mail delivery and is charged at actual postage cost.

Calls are either patched/diverted through to a designated number and/or details of the message emailed and sms texted to you.

Message details are notified to you via 2 delivery methods including an email to your computer inbox and/or sms text message to your mobile phone. Free of charge!

All calls are charged at £0.60p/min whilst operators are handling calls. Usually works out to 3 calls for £1.00

If calls are to be patched/diverted through, the operator fee will stop and a patch/divert fee will apply.
